W.E. Bishop has been a licensed attorney since 1965. During that time, he has provided exemplary counsel for matters pertaining to estate planning, administration of wills and trusts, probate, real property transactions, and small business entities.
W.E. Bishop is a Fifth Generation Floridian, he is married with eight children and thirteen grandchildren. He attended the Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina from 1959-1961, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University in 1963 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida in 1965. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1965 and to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1970. He was an Assistant Attorney General for three and half years. He began practicing in Marion County in January 1972 and continues to date.. W.E. Bishop, Jr., limits his practice to Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate and Trust Administration, Real Estate, Contracts, Small Corporations and Businesses, and General Estate Planning.
